Description of Duties: 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects meet profitability goals and meet client expectations. 
  • Lead clients through an exceptional experience when working on projects. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates. Provide clear direction to team members, ensuring project targets are achieved. Lead project meetings with crews to set goals and project expectations. 
  • Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for project quality, schedule, and financial targets. 
  • Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, crews, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings. 
  • Support employees through coaching, professional development, team meetings, and Goal Setting and Review (GSRs) Meetings. 
  • Ensure employees and subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately. 
  • Support and maintain healthy, happy work environments and company culture. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites. 
  • Schedule, organize, and order materials. 
  • Ensure proper preparation and application of primers, paints, stains, and enamels. Conduct project inspections and organize sign-off of projects. 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Five years managing painting projects (leading multiple crews simultaneously) General knowledge of painting CRM systems 
  • Level three painting skills 
  • Effective time and priority management 
  • Experience with techniques and applications 

Yearly Compensation: 

Salary: $68,000-$72,000

Bonuses: $10,000 – $25,000
